Bread Baking Class was a great success!!

Thanks to all participants in Saturday's "Baking Whole Grain Bread from Scratch" class. Especially thanks to Kitchen Girl Paula for teaching her bread baking skills to our willing participants. We are receiving fantastic feedback. Everyone went home with prepared dough, ready to rise and bake. Sounds like several participants were very motivated and spent some time baking after the class. Good for you!! That is what our classes are all about. Teaching skills that you will use. It is so exciting to us to know that we have taught you a skill that you will have for the rest of your lives. Fantastic weekend and a fantastic class.
